Boot Camp is a combination of strength training and weight training focusing on the upper and lower body, using jump ropes, bands and weights. High/low intervals are used to bring the heart rate up to burn more calories.Focus is put on isolating muscles, including glutes, abs and arms.

Group Classes will start Thursday January 7th at 5:30 p.m.

Whether you are new to Nia, or want to take your practice to the next level, this workshop will provide you with the tools you need for Nia fun & success. The 13 principles and 52 moves will be discussed in more detail. Join me after the Sunday morning class to experience Nia at the next level. Refreshments will be offered.

$15 for workshop or $25 for class and workshop when pre-registered, $20 for workshop or $30 for class and workshop at the door
